Rehearsals

We rehearse weekly on Monday nights from 7:30 to 9:30 at the Heffner Park Community Center at 42 Oswego Avenue, in Takoma Park. Directions from Route 410: Go north on Piney Branch Road, turn right on Ritchie Ave., and right on Oswego. The Heffner Center parking lot is on the right, about halfway down the hill.

Membership

The Takoma Park Community Band is open to all musicians in the Washington, D.C. area. There are no auditions required, just plenty of enthusiasm! No need to contact us first, just come to any of our rehearsals with your instrument and stand (if you have one), and join the fun.
